At Transmoto Parts, we understand that getting the right part is critical to getting back on the road or finishing your project. If a part doesn’t meet your needs, we’re here to help you navigate the return process.
🏁 30-Day Return Window
You may return most new, unopened, and uninstalled items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To qualify for a return, the part must be:

In Original Packaging: The box must be intact and free of greasy fingerprints or writing.

Uninstalled: We cannot accept returns on parts that have been bolted on, plugged in, or used (unless there is a verified manufacturing defect).

Complete: All clips, gaskets, seals, and instruction manuals must be included.
🔌 Electrical & Special Components
Due to the sensitive nature of electrical systems, electrical parts (sensors, ECUs, wiring harnesses, etc.) are non-returnable once the original seal on the packaging is broken. This is to ensure every customer receives a part that hasn’t been subjected to a short-circuit during a “test” install.
📏 Fitment Responsibility
While we do our best to provide accurate compatibility data, it is the buyer’s responsibility to verify fitment before purchasing.

If we shipped the wrong part based on your order: We will cover 100% of return shipping costs.

If the part was ordered incorrectly: The customer is responsible for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee may apply to cover inspection and repackaging.
📦 How to Return Your Part

Request an RMA: Log into your account at
transmotoparts.comor emailreturns@transmotoparts.comwith your Order ID and VIN (Vehicle Identification Number). -
Pack Securely: Place the manufacturer’s box inside a separate shipping box. Do not ship the part back using the manufacturer’s box as the outer shipping container; doing so may void your refund.

Ship: Send the package to our central warehouse using a carrier with tracking capabilities.
💰 Refund Timeline
Once the part is received and passes our “Clean-and-Complete” inspection, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
⚠️ Damaged or Defective Parts (Warranty)
If you receive a part that is physically damaged during shipping, please notify us within 48 hours.
If a part fails after installation but within the manufacturer’s warranty period, please contact our technical team. Warranty claims often require a shop invoice or a diagnostic report from a certified mechanic to be processed by the manufacturer.
